United Flo uses CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CFX analysis to reverse-engineer your existing pump and design an exact-fit replacement. We laser scan or measure your legacy equipment, import those dimensions into CAD, and model the new pump to match your mounting, piping, and electrical layout precisely. CFX simulation then optimizes the hydraulics - impeller geometry, volute design, and flow paths - so your replacement pump delivers better performance while fitting your existing footprint without any modifications.
